Infinix Note 60 Pro launch teased with 144Hz AMOLED display, Nothing Phone-like Matrix display, and more
Infinix is gearing up to launch a new smartphone, the Infinix Note 60 Pro. The device will succeed last year’s Note 50 Pro, but early teasers suggest this won’t be an iterative upgrade. Instead, it will be redesigned both inside and outside. The handset is likely to draw inspiration from the iPhone 17 Pro series, with a large camera plateau and orange colour. That said, Infinix is going one step further to introduce a Rear Matrix Display, which will function similarly to the Nothing Phone (3).
The official render of the Infinix Note 60 Pro confirms a triple-camera setup, featuring squarish camera rings housed within a large, edge-to-edge camera platform. Positioned alongside the camera modules is a Rear Matrix Display, made up of an array of mini-LEDs designed to surface key information such as the time and weather. Whether it can be as dynamic as the Nothing Phone (3) in functionality remains to be seen.

What remains visible, though, is the placement of the smartphone. The Infinix Note 60 Pro will be a mid-range offering, with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset ticking at its core. This is the same chipset that powers the recently-launched Redmi Note 14 Pro+, priced starting at Rs 37,999. The Infinix smartphone will house a 3D IceCore vapour chamber cooling system to back the performance, which is expected to be convenient for regular usage.
The phone will be equipped with a beefy 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast wired and 30W wireless charging support. Interestingly, the battery is claimed to offer six years of self-healing technology, which can reportedly fix the damage caused by charging and discharging.
To enhance the viewing experience, the Infinix Note 60 Pro will feature an AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, complemented by JBL-tuned dual stereo speakers. On the camera front, the smartphone is confirmed to sport a 50MP Night Master sensor. While details about the remaining cameras are still under wraps, Infinix appears to be placing a strong emphasis on improved low-light photography with this generation.
In addition to orange (marketed as Solar Orange), the Infinix Note 60 Pro will be available in Torino Black and Silk Green shades. That’s all we know so far. Whether it remains a worthy buy depends on how competitively it is priced. If it is a sub-Rs 30,000 offering, the Note 60 Pro can give competitors a run for their money with its unique design and a beefy battery.
The Infinix Note 60 Pro won’t be launching in isolation. The company has also confirmed the arrival of the Note 60 Ultra, which has been designed in collaboration with renowned Italian design house Pininfarina. A standard Note 60 model is also expected to join the lineup. The Infinix Note 60 series was first teased at CES 2026 in January and is said to introduce satellite connectivity, enabling users to make calls and send messages in areas with weak or no network coverage.
