iQOO 12 series launched in China last month, and it has now made its global debut. The smartphone has been launched in three global markets — Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia. With this, the iQOO 12 becomes the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 phone to launch globally. Notably, it will also be India’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 when it arrives on December 12th.

iQOO 12 global prices revealed

iQOO 12 is priced at 27,900 THB (Rs 66,000 approx) for the sole 16GB + 512GB variant in Thailand. In Malaysia, the smartphone has a price tag of RM 3,999, which translates to roughly Rs 71,300. Indonesia is the latest market where the iQOO 12 was announced, and it costs IDR 10,999,000 (Rs 58,900 approx). In all three markets, only the 16GB + 512GB variant has been launched. The smartphone is available in two colour options of black and white.

iQOO 12 is scheduled to launch in India on December 12th, and it’s reportedly going to cost Rs 52,999 for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The 16GB + 512GB is tipped to cost Rs 57,999 in India. iQOO 12 will also be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered phone in India, and the first non-Pixel phone with Android 14.

Display: iQOO 12 features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 3000 nits of peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM Dimming.
Processor: Under the hood runs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with a dedicated Q1 chip as well.
RAM and storage: The smartphone comes with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage.
Rear cameras: iQOO 12 houses a 50MP 1/1.3-inch primary camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x zoom and 100x digital zoom.
Front camera: The smartphone sports a 16MP front camera for selfies.
Software: On the software front, the iQOO 12 runs on Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14 custom skin on top.
Battery, charging: The iQOO flagship packs a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
