Warship Island Arc
The first arc you can skip in One Piece is the Warship Island Arc which takes place between episodes 54 to 60. Before heading into the grand line, Luffy and his team rescue a girl called Apis who escaped from a warship and get her and Sennenryu, a weakened dragon back to their home.

Arabasta Mini-Filler Arc
Every filler episode of this arc showcases the journey of the Straw Hat Pirates, along with Vivi who travel to various places in Arabasta. While this arc doesn’t play a major role in the main storyline, viewers willing to enjoy some light-hearted moments of Luffy and the gang can proceed to watch this arc.

Post-Arabasta Arc
As the name suggests, this arc takes place after the Arabasta Arc where the Straw Hat Pirates gain a new member called Nico Robin a.k.a. Miss All-Sunday. Consisting of a total of five episodes, each episode details the goals and dreams of the crew members which gives viewers a more in-depth look into the characters. However, not much is showcased about Luffy and Nico Robin in these filler episodes.

Goat Island Arc
During the Goat Island filler arc, the Straw Hats, who are on the run from the Marines mistakenly arrive on an island full of goats. Here, they meet an old man who is the owner of the sheep and help him in building and repairing his ship. This arc is yet another series of episodes that exhibit the Straw Hats’ kindness and willingness to help others.

Ruluka Island Arc
This filler arc takes place right after the Goat Island arc which can be entirely skipped as it doesn’t add much significance to the main storyline. In the Ruluka Island Arc, Luffy and his crew are once again being chased by the Marines and as a result, end up in a new island which is ruled by an ex-pirate called Ruluka. Seeing the people of the island getting oppressed by their ruler, the Straw Hat pirates help them out and leave quickly for their next adventure.

G-8 Arc
Coming to the fifth filler arc of the One Piece anime series, G-8 arc takes place after the Skypiea adventures in which Luffy and his crew members get trapped inside a marine base. The arc showcases how the protagonists manage to retrieve their ship and escape from the shackles of the Marine.

Ocean’s Dream Arc
Moving on, based on a One Piece PlayStation game, the Ocean’s Dream arc is all about the Straw Hat Pirates losing their memories after coming in contact with a mysterious seahorse earlier. Things go haywire when the crew members are unable to recognise themselves. However, Robin is left unaffected and helps the crew regain their memories. Each episode of the arc is focused on a single Straw Hats character.

Foxy’s Return Arc
Consisting of just two episodes, the Foxy’s Return Arc takes place right after Ocean’s Dream Arc making it yet another consecutive filler arc in the One Piece anime series. This arc marks the re-entry of the flamboyant Foxy and his crew who try to take on Luffy and his gang after onboarding the Merry, Straw Hats’ ship. Both episodes can be dodged as it doesn’t add any significance to the main arc.

Straw Hat and Buggy’s Adventures Arc
This three-episode filler arc takes place in the Edo Period of Japan where Luffy and his team members display a light-hearted friendship with Buggy. Every member wears a traditional Japanese outfit and participates in a festival called the Great Mochimaki Race. Besides that, Luffy gives a singing performance in this arc.

Ice Hunter Arc
In the Ice Hunter arc, the Straw Hats make their way to the Florian Triangle where they provide help to a bunch of people in repairing their ship but soon after realise those are members of Bounty Hunters. Considering the main One Piece storyline has not explored much about bounty hunters, this filler arc can be skipped.

Little East Blue Arc

Z’s Ambition Arc

Set after the Punk Hazard arc, in the Caeser Retrieval arc, a group of dark figures kidnap Caeser from Luffy and his team. So, if you’re curious about Caesar’s past and want to see the Straw Hats in another thrilling heist, the Caesar Retrieval arc is worth watching.

Silver Mine Arc
The Silver Marine arc is yet another One Piece movie filler arc that bridges the gap between the Dressrosa arc and the Gold movie. Pirates kidnap Luffy and Barto and trap them in their fortress built around silver mines. The story goes on to show the efforts put in by Luffy and Barto to escape the fortress. While you need to watch this arc to understand the movie, it’s generally considered boring and can be skipped.

Marine Rookie Arc
The next filler One Piece arc on this list is the Marine Rookie arc. The Straw Hat pirates set out on a journey to retrieve Sanji who is trapped in the Whole Cake Island. Their journey comes to a stop when they run out of food supplies which forces them to raid a marine base nearby by disguising themselves as Marines.

Cidre Guild Arc
Coming to the Cidre Guild arc, it bridges the gap between the Wano arc and lays down the groundwork for the One Piece Stampede movie. During this particular storyline, Luffy and his crew unexpectedly encounter Boa Hancock who teams up with them to fight the Cidre Guild, a bounty hunter group. That said, If you’re not interested in the movie, you can safely skip these two episodes.
