iQOO Z10R is now available in India, priced just under Rs 20,000. It joins the existing Z10 lineup, which includes the iQOO Z10, Z10 Lite, and Z10x, further strengthening iQOO’s presence in the budget and mid-range space. You can buy the phone via Amazon and iqoo.com starting today.
The iQOO Z10R comes in three variants: 8GB + 128GB (Rs 19,499), 8GB + 256GB (Rs 21,499), and 12GB + 256GB (Rs 23,499). iQOO is offering an instant Rs 2,000 discount on select bank cards, up to Rs 2,000 exchange bonus, and no-cost EMI for up to 6 months. The smartphone is available in two colours: Aquamarine and Moonstone.
What does the iQOO Z10R offer?
With the iQOO Z10R, you get a 6.77-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for HDR10+ and Netflix HDR, making it a suitable choice for streaming and visual content. Peak brightness reaches 1,800 nits, which should be sufficient for most use cases. However, competitors like the CMF Phone 2 Pro and Realme Narzo 80 Pro take it further, with up to 4,500 nits, offering improved legibility in harsh sunlight.

Powering the iQOO Z10R is the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, a 6nm processor that promises a 10 per cent performance boost and 25 per cent better power efficiency compared to the previous generation. It’s also the same chip that powers the Narzo 80 Pro, where we saw stable gaming performance, so similar expectations apply here. Paired with LPDDR4X RAM (expandable up to 12GB virtually) and UFS 2.2 storage, the iQOO Z10R should handle everyday tasks without hiccups.
For cameras, there’s a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and up to 10x digital zoom, backed by a basic 2MP depth sensor. On the front is a 32MP selfie shooter. Both the primary and front cameras support 4K video at 30fps. What’s missing, though, is an ultra-wide lens, something rivals like the Redmi Note 14 and CMF Phone 2 Pro still offer, giving them an edge in versatility for landscape and group photography.
You do get several camera features to play around with, such as Night, Portrait, Supermoon, Ultra HD documents, Underwater, Dual View, and more.
Battery life is another highlight. The iQOO Z10R’s 5,700mAh battery, paired with 44W fast charging, ensures you’ll comfortably make it through a full day, even with heavy use. While the camera specs look good on paper, some phones, such as the Narzo 80 Pro (6,000mAh) and OPPO K13 (7,000mAh), offer even greater capacities.
The Z10R runs on Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 and comes with a standard update promise: two years of Android updates and three years of security patches. While this keeps pace with the segment average, it falls short compared to rivals like the CMF Phone 2 Pro (3+6 years) and Galaxy M36 (6+6 years). If you plan to use the phone long-term, it’s worth considering its software support.
How does iQOO Z10R compare to iQOO Z10?
The iQOO Z10R (Rs 19,499) is priced close to the iQOO Z10 (Rs 21,999), but with some trade-offs. The Z10 offers a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, higher 5,000-nit brightness, and a 7,300mAh battery. However, the Z10R features a more stylish quad-curved display and stereo speakers, two features missing on the Z10.
Should you buy the iQOO Z10?
If you’re shopping under Rs 20,000, the iQOO Z10R presents a well-rounded option. It strikes a balance between premium design, a high-quality display, decent cameras, and reliable battery life. However, if your priorities are long-term software support or camera versatility (like an ultra-wide lens), rivals like the CMF Phone 2 Pro or Redmi Note 14 might offer better value. You can wait for our full review for a deeper verdict, but on paper, the Z10R appears to be one of iQOO’s most balanced launches yet in the segment.
