The LG 115QNED90BL is priced at Rs 14,99,990 in India. It is available through LG’s official website, making it an option for buyers looking to build a large-screen home entertainment setup.
The TV features a 115-inch 4K QNED Mini LED display powered by LG’s Alpha 8 AI Processor Gen3. It uses Precision Dimming Ultra to control thousands of local dimming zones, helping improve contrast and reveal more detail in dark scenes. Dynamic QNED Color Pro delivers a wider range of colours and has received Intertek certification for 100 per cent colour volume.
The TV also uses AI super upscaling to improve the clarity of lower-resolution content on its large 4K display. AI Picture Pro enhances details in key elements, such as faces, while Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro adjusts brightness and contrast across scenes. These features aim to keep movies and other content looking clear and detailed on the massive screen.
LG has added features for sports fans, including Sports Portal for live content, scores, schedules and league standings. Sports Alert can notify users about their favourite teams and leagues, while AI Sound Pro creates virtual 11.1.2-channel surround sound through the TV’s built-in speakers, which also support Dolby Atmos.
For gaming, the 115-inch QNED evo offers a native 120Hz refresh rate, variable refresh rate (VRR) support up to 165Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium and Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM). LG’s Motion Booster technology can raise the refresh rate to 330Hz in supported modes to improve motion clarity during fast-paced games. The TV also includes LG Gaming Portal, which provides access to cloud gaming services and web-based games.
The TV runs webOS 26, with features designed to personalise the viewing experience. Voice ID can recognise different users and load their personalised home screens, while AI Concierge offers content suggestions based on viewing habits. The TV also supports Google’s Gemini and Microsoft’s Copilot, allowing users to ask questions and search for information while watching content.
The LG 115-inch QNED Evo is for buyers who want a giant home cinema setup without compromising on gaming features. Its Mini LED display, local dimming, Dolby Vision support and refresh rates suited to gaming make it a versatile option for movies, sports and games. At Rs 14,99,990, however, it is a major investment, and buyers will also need enough space to accommodate a TV that measures over 2.5 metres in width.
There are cheaper alternatives if you are willing to settle for a slightly smaller screen. The TCL C7K 115-inch QD-Mini LED retails around Rs 9,99,990, while the Sony Bravia 7 II 98-inch TV is listed at around Rs 8,51,990 online. Both offer large 4K screens, although their picture processing falls slightly short of LG’s offering.
Unless having the largest possible display is a priority, a premium 98-inch TV could deliver an immersive viewing experience for considerably less. The LG is a worthwhile option only for buyers with a large room and a generous budget.
