According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 12 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX966 primary camera with OIS. It will be a 1/1.4-inch sensor with 23mm focal length, and an f/1.7 aperture. The smartphone will also house a 48MP ultra-wide angle lens that could be a Sony IMX581 sensor with a 1/2-inch sensor, 14mm focal length and an f/2.2 aperture. 

The highlight will be the OmniVision OV64B 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera on the OnePlus 12. This one is a 1/2-inch telephoto lens with a 70mm focal length, and an f/2.5 aperture. This camera will reportedly offer a 3x optical zoom, and it will also come with OIS. 

For selfies, the smartphone is expected to feature a 32MP front camera. As for the rest of its specifications, here's what has been leaked for the OnePlus 12 so far.

• Display: OnePlus 12 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
• Processor: It will most likely be powered by Qualcomm's flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that's set to debut later this month.
• RAM and storage: The smartphone is expected to launch with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
• Battery, charging: OnePlus 12 could pack a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging support.
• Software: On the software front, the smartphone will most likely run Oxygen OS 14 based on the upcoming Android 14 OS.

As for the launch timeline, OnePlus 12 is highly expected to debut this December in China. Post the debut, the smartphone is tipped to launch globally, and in India in February 2024.
