OnePlus 13s 16GB variant launched in India: check price, availability
OnePlus 13s is now available in a new memory configuration in India. The compact smartphone was launched last as part of the flagship lineup. It stood out for its compact form factor while offering flagship hardware at a more accessible price. OnePlus 13s (review) now comes in three memory configurations after the addition of the 16GB variant.
The rest of the hardware remains the same, but more RAM would mean better performance optimisation compared to the other variants. Launching a 16GB variant now could be strategic of OnePlus to keep the 13s relevant in the market.
OnePlus 13s 16GB + 512GB variant price in India
OnePlus 13s has been launched in a 16GB RAM + 512GB storage variant in India. It’s priced at Rs 68,999 and can be purchased via Amazon India and the OnePlus India store. This variant is available in Black Velvet and Green Silk colours. It looks like the Pink Satin isn’t available for this configuration yet.

It’s worth mentioning that this is the most expensive model of the 13s. The handset is available in two more configurations: 12GB + 256GB (Rs 54,999) and 12GB + 512GB (Rs 59,999).
OnePlus 13s specifications
OnePlus 13s features a 6.32-inch 1.5K (1,216 × 2,640 pixels) LTPO ProXDR AMOLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,600 nits peak brightness. It’s a compact display for people who prefer smaller phones. The hardware is solid too, with a 1.5K resolution and LTPO panel, which is more power-efficient. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which is from 2024 but still offers flagship performance. There are other compact options in this price segment like the OPPO Reno 16, but you’re getting more RAM and storage with the 13s. The Reno 16 would be a better option for photography.
For photography, the OnePlus 13s houses a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. It has a 32MP front camera for selfies and video calls. This setup is more than enough for everyday photography and social media, but alternatives might offer stronger sensors. The smartphone packs a 5,850mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
The OnePlus 13s launched with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box. It gets four OS upgrades and six years of security patches, so the phone is long-term secure.
The new 16GB + 512GB variant of the OnePlus 13s could appeal to buyers who want more performance gains from the device. If you’re someone who doesn’t need so much storage or the RAM boost, you’re well off buying the 12GB variant. But those who require the extra power might want to consider the 16GB model.
