OPPO Find X9 series launching in India today with Hasselblad cameras, 7,000mAh+ batteries: price, features, where to watch

The Find X9 Pro, meanwhile, looks set to cross the Rs 1 lakh mark. Early tips placed it near Rs 99,999, but the latest listing suggests a steeper Rs 1,09,999 for the lone 16GB/512GB model. In Europe, the phones are priced even higher as always is the case with some Android phones.

If these prices are true, the Find X9 will compete directly with the OnePlus 15 and the base Samsung Galaxy S25 series. The Find X9 Pro will walk straight into the ultra-premium zone typically dominated by Apple and Samsung. Xiaomi also prices its Ultra model in that segment.

Design and colours

This year, OPPO seems to be leaning heavily into a refined, minimal look. The Find X9 Pro will come in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal – both clean, understated colours meant to appeal to users who prefer a premium but subtle finish. The Find X9 takes a more classic route with Space Black and Titanium Grey. Visually, the big circular camera makes way for a new squircle, but with the Hasselblad branding intact.

Specifications and features

The OPPO Find X9 Pro is expected to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 3,600 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2.The standard Find X9 is slightly smaller at 6.59 inches, but it still gets a 120Hz AMOLED display with high pixel density. For users who don’t prefer oversized phones, this might actually be a sweet spot.

Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. The addition of an Advanced Vapour Chamber cooling system suggests OPPO wants to reassure gamers that the Find X9 series can maintain stable performance over long sessions.

Battery capacity is another area where OPPO seems to be overshooting competitors. The Find X9 Pro houses a 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery, while the standard Find X9 comes with a 7,025mAh cell. Both numbers are significantly bigger than what Samsung, Apple, and Vivo are currently offering. Fast charging remains strong too, 80W wired and 50W wireless for the both models. If OPPO delivers the promised longevity, this could become one of the defining strengths of the series.

OPPO’s partnership with Hasselblad continues to defines its cameras. The Find X9 Pro includes a 50MP main camera, 50MP ultra-wide, a massive 200MP telephoto and a 50MP selfie camera. The move to a 200MP telephoto sensor pitches it directly against Samsung, which also markets its Ultra model on a high-resolution zoom strategy. The standard Find X9 isn’t far behind, offering a triple 50MP setup with a 32MP front camera. If OPPO replicates the colour science and low-light performance it has shown in China with its lumo Engine, the cameras could be a strong selling point in India too.

If OPPO sticks closer to the lower leaked prices, the Find X9 series could fall in the range of Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series, the OnePlus 15, and Vivo’s X300 series. Samsung retains the advantage in terms of software longevity and ecosystem polish. Meanwhile, OnePlus has traditionally pushed aggressive performance tuning and quicker charging at competitive prices, so if OPPO positions the Find X9 too high, the OnePlus 15 may feel like the more pragmatic option for power users. Vivo’s X300 series will be heavy on camera hardware and photography too, so that will be a challenging front for OPPO’s Hasselblad-tuned setup. If OPPO manages to undercut Samsung while remaining within distance of OnePlus 15 and Vivo’s pricing, the Find X9 may just become the better-balanced option for buyers looking for strong cameras, big batteries, and a premium design without crossing over into ultra-premium territory.
