Realme GT Neo 6 Geekbench listing reveals key specifications like processor, RAM

A Realme phone with an RMX3852 model number, believed to be Realme GT Neo 6, has been spotted on the Geekbench database.
It could be similar to Realme GT Neo 6SE in some respects, but some things may differ – like processor and refresh rate.
The phone could boot Android 14 out of the box.

Realme GT Neo 6 has been in the rumour mill for quite some time now and it finally seems to be getting ready to launch. Last month, the phone was certified on 3C, and now 91mobiles has spotted the Realme GT 6 Neo on Geekbench. This spills the phone’s performance capabilities, and key details like processor, software and RAM size. Here, have a look:

Realme GT Neo 6 Geekbench listing

The phone has been listed with the model number Realme RMX3852. It appeared on the 3C website also with the same code.

As per the latest result, Realme GT Neo 6 has scored 1,986 single-core score and 5,140 multi-core score.
The tested unit has Android 14 and the retail variant is also likely to ship with the same. We are expecting Realme UI 5.0 skin on top of this operating system.
Although the listed RAM size is 14.94GB, it will be announced as 16GB.
The ‘pineapple’ motherboard, ‘uag’ CPU governor, and core structure hint towards Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. This is something that has been tipped time and again in the past couple of months.

There is a rumour that the Realme GT Neo 6 could be similar to the Realme GT Neo 6SE, which is available in China. However, we are not sure how similar they would be.

Meanwhile, the GT Neo 6 is believed to sport a Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 with three cores at 2.02GHz clock speed, four cores at 2.80GHz clock speed and finally a prime core clocked at 3.01GHz frequency. It could also have a 144Hz display instead of the 120Hz screen on the SE model.
