Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro prices will be revealed in a couple of days and here's an official look at the phones' designs.
According to the teaser shared, the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro will share a similar design but the two phones will differ in terms of size. The teaser doesn't show a clear outline of the phone's design but the silhouette suggests Xiaomi is following the same design as the previous models. Xiaomi 14 series is seen with curved edges and a square-shaped camera module that stands out.
Xiaomi also revealed some camera details about its upcoming phones. The primary camera will feature a 1/1.31-inch sensor with a 1.2 μm pixel size (native), and a 2.4 μm pixel size (default, binned). Xiaomi 14's camera is also touted to come with an ultra-low power consumption of up to 42 per cent.
Xiaomi has confirmed its partnership with Leica for the 14's cameras, which will have a new Leica Optics Summilux lens that offers ultra-high dynamic range and extra large photosensitive area. It hasn't revealed which brand it's using for the image sensors but it did tease a "brand-new image sensor brand." Xiaomi also confirmed that the phone's camera will feature a large f/1.6 aperture.
