lenovo very bad service center as well as technical support my complain number :8002950211 laptop model -: gs500s S/N-: CB24560125 Price : 39000 1) Lenovo technical team give wrong information. 2) they told you formate your laptop and instal new os. once you instal new os then lenovo's pople say i am unable to help you because you istal new os. 3) leno just make indian people pool .because indian people are simple. 4) when you say "transfer your call in senior department then they say i am senior" 5) if you say any problem in your laptop then lenovo pleople say first pay then i help you . no warranty . 5) finally you cry but no one listen you . wastage of money please foreword this message to your friend and stop corruption in india. !!!!!!!!!ALERT!!!!!!!!!! lenovo fake company please dont buy any product lenovo !!!!!!!Alert Alert !!!!!!!!!! no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!!no warranty !!! ony you cry nothing else ....
Guys, Before you buy please check below information. 1. I recommend buy with Genuine Window. because in DOS when u upgrade in windows lots of driver issue. I could not get driver WLAN seems it has issue while installing setup from Lenovo driver cd. still not resolving. even in network lan driver issue. 2. SOUND is ok..ok kind of. 3. CAMERA quality is very poor. 4. USB port very thin. 5. BATTERY life is 2:30 hr 6.Note Most Imp: Please check all the offer that gives from FlipCart get check also from customer care. I got issue with 1 cash back offer which is solved by later 2 day pathetic conversation & hard discussion later on they give me Ewallet point not cash return which affect my all EMI calculation. No solution for that. So, please I advice check all offer 2-3 time different way. 7. Delivery & Packing is awesome for this & return policy is grate which is compare all site. Happy Shopping !!
Hi Personally I have visited reviews of many sites for different products/services, it is imperative for consumers to give a genuine feedback for benefit of consumer society at large. Hence I thought of reviewing the product I was told by few stores that online purchases are not given warranty by companies. It all proved wrong , my lappy got registered once I mailed the scan copy of invoice provided by flipkart. Even the registry happened in less than 1 working day. No issues at all I have got both BASE WARRANTY & Warranty Upgrade. FLIPKART SERVICE- product options really numerous , online payment smooth & seems secure. Packaging really safe. Delivery TAT(Turnaround Time) upto the mark. In a nut shell very satisfying. Lenovo Lappy G510 – excellent looks, excellent screen. Good processing speed ,sound ok but not very good Poor camera quality. WIFI installation is difficult but got going. Overall one of the best options in the price range. LENOVO HELP DESK REVIEW- one of the best helpful customer care providers, they have good technical knowledge & resolved my WIFI installation over the phone, one of the best help providers I have seen so far. They had resolved my query even before I had registered for the warranty without any hesitation..
Will start with the seller WS retails best Then the flipkart delivery is outstanding. I tried the one day delivery service and they literally Delivered it within 24 hrs , To be precise it was around 18 hrs. Now about the laptop : outstanding , fast everything , intel graphics are also great. can easily play all games till today on medium and low settings and Great Buy for Budget. will comment after some use in 2-3 weeks , but for now thank you flipkart and lenovo
First of all Kudos to flipkart for their fast delivery and very good packaging. 1) Excellent laptop for people who want make use of the 4th gen processing power. 2) This one comes with 4200 M processor (almost all the other brands are using under clocked 4200 U processor). So we have better clock rate and good processing power for this laptop. The compromise is you have 3 hours of battery power which is not bad at all. 4) Works out of box in Linux mint 16/ Ubuntu 13.10 (except for Broadcom wireless for which you have to install the driver which is available in the ubuntu repository itself) 5) I am happy with the display quality it is good. 6) You save atleast 3000 bugs in free dos. 7) I personally prefer laptops without graphics card. It keeps cool. Integrated HD 4600 is more than enough for plalying full HD movies and decent games. For linux, you do not really need graphics card unless you are a multimedia professsional and even for them laptop is not the one to work with. You again save around 2000 bugs. 8) My Matlab/Sage programs runs like a charm.. Just go for it
