Verdict
The Microsoft Surface Book (KSR-00020) is a nice touchscreen laptop which comes with a lot of attractive features. The laptop consists a powerful processor, good RAM and an SSD to fulfill the professional users` requirements. The battery backup is decent for daily usage. However, a dedicated GPU would have been an additional package for the user.
Display and Configuration

The Microsoft Surface Book (KSR-00020) features a 13.5-inch Quad HD LED Backlit PixelSense with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Multi-touch display which offers vivid and crisp viewing experience. Acting as the brain of the system, a 2.6GHz Intel Core i5-7300U (7th Gen) processor, coupled with an 8GB of DDR3 RAM provides a good level of multitasking without any lags. An Intel HD 620 GPU take care the graphical interface with ease. The laptop runs on Windows 10 Professional operating system and is built upon 64-bit architecture.

Design and Camera

The well designed Platinum coloured body of the laptop weighs around 1.25Kg. The Microsoft Surface Book (KSR-00020) is armed with a webcam which helps to do video calling and conferencing at a fairly good quality. 

Battery and Connectivity

In order to run the show for long hours, the Microsoft Surface Book (KSR-00020) is equipped with a Li-ion battery which provides 14 hours of backup. On the connectivity front, the laptop provides a lot of options such as - wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v4.0, a headphone jack, a microphone jack and an SD card reader.
