3 days with Grand Prime & I am selling it now. Worst phone.nHave been using Samsung since last 3 years. Earlier used, Grand & grand 2.nnPros:nExcellent camerannCons:nSoftware has been degraded.n1) No default 1234567890 in QWERTY as in GRAND, S5, etcn2) In call Logs no default send number, add to blacklist etc featuresn3) Music player from samsung missing. Pdf, Word excel etc not suppported without external app.n4) All good software missing.n5) Cannot open HTML attachments (Like ICIC bank statements) Poor, very very poornnThis is indeed a genuine feedback. Like it if you find it good.
This is my review after used this phone for 20days... Very bad product from Samsung again. It has same problems what core-2 model had. I think they just changed the name of Core-2 model as core prime and put out in the market. Samsung should note that there were several complaints regarding call/voice clarity in the core-2, and it is the same thing happening with core prime. JUNK.... phone... why the hell customers pay about 10K and break their head for call clarity.... I would suggest not to buy this phone... it even stucks in connecting internet.... ringer tone and music sound is very low... Screan clarity is not good either, I compared with one of my other company phone, same image looks too bad in this phone where as it looks better in my other phone. I completely got cheated by this company. Never buy SAMSUNG mobile again..
