I have prob with TV and ask for replacement since no one come and no phone call it's one month pass verry bed experience

The product was delivered and installed on time. However, the Audio is NOT WORKING. I have plugged in a Fire stick, a PS 4 and a USB, audio is not working on any device. Tried resetting the TV, changing the Settings etc. On contacting the technician the first two things he asked me to do was check if "the volume is 0, and try turning it up" and check if "the Tv is on mute". SERIOUSLY? It's 2017 so I think it is safe to assume that this is not the first television/device I am using. I gave up after 4 hours of reading up online fixes on various forums and trying fairly complicated resetting procedures as compared to turning up the volume (relatively speaking!). Continued playing a game for another hour without sound (closest outer space experience I've ever had) and then logged a replacement request with Flipkart. I advise Flipkart and Sanyo/Panasonic to reach out to us (the 5% unfortunate customer family) personally rather than sending us a service request text and asking us to figure the rest ourselves. Please pardon my rant, but indulging in jibes at the expense of Flipkart and Sanyo is the only thing keeping me from driving my fist through the Tv set/Wallpaper adorning my wall. Service request has been raised with both Sanyo and Flipkart but this is not the kind of experience you want with a new product. If I buy a new Television set I don't want to start scheduling repairs within 8 hours. I will be pushing for a replacement or a full refund. Will update post replacement/repair/refund/retribution.

Worst product, don't ever buy this. Within a month the power board failed though I am using a voltage stabilizer. After logging a case I have been forced to follow up with Sanyo customer support and then Panasonic customer care. They are clueless about the status of the complaint. Even after 10 days of continuous follow up with local service center the issue is not resolved, worst service experience. On top of that flipkart not allowing this review to be published, without elaborating the reason.

After much awaiting for this NXT series, I brought this TV on BigSale for 30K including all offers with 1+1 year warranty. After 2months of usage, The clarity on this Japanese full HD 49 inch Sanyo TV is pretty impressive the colours are bright and everything appears sharp and crisp with IPS panel. It even has preset modes for brightness and colour adjustments - standard, movie, soft, user, vivid and sports - which easily adjusts the colour according to the content you wish to watch. The refresh rate is really good playing 1080p live content both from Chromecast and 2TB external hard drive. I also used Sony Bravia and Toshiba previously but I personally didn't feel much difference in terms of clarity, it also clearly beats the competitors in the market like LeEco, VU, Micromax, etc. Must Buy..

Don't buy this product. Its HAZARDOUS (DANGEROUS) to your eyes and health. And also dont buy from this seller. He won't refund you. These people are ruining PANASONIC NAME. Its manufactured by PANASONIC. I am thinking to go for CONSUMER COURT if FLIPKART DOESN'T DO THE NEEDFUL.
