ASUS will host a one-day free service camp in New Delhi on January 31. The company is organising the initiative under its ASUS Assurance programme. The goal is to strengthen after-sales support and promote long-term device care. Instead of focusing only on repairs, ASUS is using the camp to emphasise preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and customer education.
ASUS will hold the service camp at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, on 31st January. The camp will remain open from 11 AM to 6 PM. Customers can walk in with their devices for complimentary health check-ups and hands-on technical support. The camp will also feature expert guidance on improving performance and extending device lifespan.
ASUS engineers and members of the regional service leadership team will be present on-site. They will conduct thermal assessments, offer advice on dust-related maintenance, run storage health diagnostics, and perform software and hardware checks. The team will also help customers use the MyASUS self-diagnosis application to better monitor and manage their devices.
ASUS is also placing strong emphasis on user awareness. Company representatives will share best practices for device care, software optimisation, and preventive maintenance. They will also brief customers on current service programmes and available support options. Attendees will receive small souvenirs as part of the experience.
The New Delhi camp forms part of ASUS’s broader after-sales strategy built around its 4A framework. This includes Assured Quality, Always-on Support, All-around Coverage, and Added-value Experience. ASUS currently operates more than 200 service centres across India. The brand offers on-site support, international warranty coverage, and easy upgrade options.
ASUS has already conducted similar free service camps in cities such as Pune, Bhilwara, Hazaribagh, and Shillong. Through these initiatives, the company continues to expand access to professional device support across regions.
