ASUS launches new Vivobook lineup on September 16 with Snapdragon, AMD, and Intel options, all-metal build, and up to 38 hours of battery life

ASUS India has announced its new Vivobook lineup, launching on September 16, 2026. The lineup supposedly brings premium all-metal construction and Copilot+ PC capabilities across three processor families. Additionally, there’s also going to be a refreshed colour palette across five models targeting students and young professionals. The new lineup is built around the “Your Vibe. Your Colour.” campaign.

Design and colours

All models feature a lightweight metallic design and US MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification. Select models offer an ASUS OLED display option. The all-metal construction is a step up from previous Vivobook generations that used plastic or mixed-material chassis.

Performance and AI

All configurations qualify as Copilot+ PCs, enabling on-device AI features within Windows 11. The inclusion of Snapdragon and AMD Ryzen AI options alongside Intel gives buyers a choice of platform depending on their priorities such as battery life, gaming capability, or AI performance.

Battery life and charging

ASUS claims up to 38 hours of battery life on select models, supported by up to a 70WHr battery. The brand also mentions that it charges to 60% in 49 minutes via USB Type-C fast charging. The 38-hour figure is a best-case claim and will vary by model and usage conditions.

Security

The lineup includes facial recognition with Windows Hello and a physical webcam privacy shield across models.

Launch offer

For a limited period at launch, ASUS is offering two years of extended warranty plus three years of accidental damage protection, normally valued at Rs 5,599, for Rs 99. Available through ASUS eShop, Flipkart, and Amazon.
