Pros: dual sim, torch, value for money.
Cons: The only negitive is customer service.
Overall:Imported phones on May 2010 had torch complaints, My phone is still their custody[customer care(Accel frontline service limiter),trivandrum,mettukada,thycadu]. "Videocon promoters explanation was spare parts are still shortage for this new model
