The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro has a powerful processor that can handle daily tasks with ease. High-performance gaming, live HD video streaming and running apps that demand huge primary memory space can perform quite effectively in this device due to its processor. The cameras offer high-quality photos, especially in low-light conditions. The device battery is powerful enough to make it last for a longer duration of time. It can be a great option overall in the mid-range segment.

We review Xiaomi s latest, the Redmi Note 7 Pro
Mar 22 2019 By Deepak DhingraAs per the findings from a recent survey we conducted online, the Rs 10k - Rs 20k price segment is the most popular among smartphone users in India currently, and that`s exactly where the Redmi Note 7 Pro sits… with its lower variant going slightly below the Rs 15k mark. This segment has quite a few powerful and notable contenders, including the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 (review), and the OPPO K1 (first impressions). Plus, the upcoming Realme 3 Pro is bound to present solid competition too. However, the biggest competition is likely to come from Samsung, which has two worthy options in this class, namely the Galaxy A50 (review) and the Galaxy M30 (first impressions), both of which boast triple camera setups at the rear. While the A50 is priced a tad higher and gets things into POCO F1 (review) territory, the Galaxy M30 is priced in the same range as the Redmi Note 7 Pro. The wide-angle shooters on the M30 could very well tip the scales in its favour, as it provides really useful functionality. Plus, Samsung`s Super AMOLED displays are still the best in the business. Clearly, Samsung has gotten its act together and the coming months are likely to see strong rivalry from the top two smartphone brands in India. So while the Redmi Note 7 Pro seems to be a turning point in the brand`s journey, Xiaomi will need to pull up its socks and work hard to retain its top spot in the country. All said and done, the Redmi Note 7 has what it takes to rise above the rest and come across as a solid, compelling option. While Xiaomi has its task cut out in order to ensure it issues a few software updates to fix the niggles we reported, the device ticks most boxes - premium glass design, powerful specs, capable cameras and good battery life. The Note 7 Pro stands out as yet another VFM smartphone from the brand, and the one that deserves your hard-earned cash if you`re looking for a daily driver priced south of Rs 18k.
Read Full ReviewAgain a new year a new phone. I skipped over 6 pro at it had not much to offer. But Note 7 Pro is a ultimate letdown, coming from Note 5 pro. Before you purchase you must consider the below cons - *** There is no refund policy. Hence once brought you cant get a refund. *** 1. Front flash is gone. Your night selfies are a bust. That's the greatest bummer. Rather not have the water drop notch. 2. Even if the flash is gone, the camera in the front should have been the same old 20 MP shooter. But surprise surprise, its a below average 13 MP shooter with worst selfie reproduction I've ever seen in the note pro series. 3. Back 48 MP is a gimmick. Luckily I have the 6 GB version and hence I am covered, but still it takes about a good 5 second to capture the pics at 48 MP mode. 4. The worst part is the screen. Gone the beautiful well lit screen with accurate colors. The display is so bad, that even looking at picture looks bad. The sharpness in the YT videos are gone. I hate the warm colors. Plus contrast correction does not help. It seems the screen cannot produce the colors correctly at all. 5. Unless you have a good back cover to cover the camera, the camera back panel will soon catch scratch and will reduce the picture quality further. 6. SD 675 smooth performance is lovely. But the screen UI is again a let down. hunt for a decent theme is on. 7. Quick charger not included. Pros: 1. Works great with my latest Soundmagic 11C, so music is awesome. 2. BT 5.0 works great. But still can't force ATPx from SBS. Guess again I have to find a way to patch it. 3. Stereo speakers are a great plus. 4. Game play is as expected. But gets heated up. All in all expectation did meet, but without a decent selfie shooter this mobile is of not much use. 3.
