Sound of calls very low

Pros: Photos are very sharp.
Cons: 1.You will not be able to hear to the person you are talking with properly as the Volume is very low.
2. Not able to get one Flip cover for this model of Zync Cloud Z401 at any shop or Online also.
3. Battery gets drained very fast.

Overall:This mobile has good features, except for one problem I found this piece very good. Problem is " Volume of calls is very very low and am not able to hear properly while talking on this piece." Not able to get one Flip cover for t
