You don't need to enable VoLTE. Insert the VoLTE enabled SIM and by default, VoLTE will be active. If it is not, you can change the network preferences from Network option in settings.

To record calls on Your phone Follow the steps below:
1. Download the ACR call recording app from the play store
2. Then Follow the instructions from the app and allow all the access to the app as shown in the Image below
3. Ten Tap the three bar on the top left of the app
4. 5. There you will find the Enable option on the top.
6. Enable it and enjoy the app.

To set an MP3 file for use as custom ringtone system-wide, do the following:
1.Copy the MP3 files to your phone.
2.Go to Settings > Sound > Device ringtone.
3.Tap the Add button to launch the media manager app.
4.You will see a list of music files stored on your phone.
5.Your selected MP3 track will now be your custom ringtone.
