Dear Father (Gujarati) Review

"Dear Father" is an Indian Gujarati language comedy crime drama movie released on March 4, 2022. It is actually based on a renowned Gujarati theater of the same title by the late author Uttam Gada, according to the film's producers. The movie is directed by Umang Vyas and is produced by Ratan and Ganesh Jain of Venus Movies. The star cast includes Paresh Rawal, Manasi Parekh, Chetan Dhanani who did an amazing job. Paresh Rawal returned to his roots in Gujarati cinema with Dear Father after four decades. His last movie was Naseeb Ni Balihari (1982) in Gujarati cinema. This movie actually shows the real life situation of almost all the middle class families which makes it so relatable for the audience. The way the movie goes back and forth with twists is awesome and the subtle way of visuals and dialogues explaining the deep meaning of life is so good.
