The Vivo X500 Pro has reportedly appeared on Geekbench with MediaTek’s newly announced Dimensity 9600 Pro, giving an early look at the performance of the chipset ahead of its debut in commercial phones. The listing comes as Vivo prepares to launch the Vivo X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max in China on September 21st, making them the first smartphones to be officially announced with MediaTek’s new flagship chip.

Vivo has also confirmed several camera and AI features for the upcoming series, while the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max is scheduled to launch a day later.

Vivo X500 Pro Geekbench scores

The alleged Vivo X500 Pro, identified by model number V2609A, scored 2,832 points in single-core and 7,925 points in multi-core on Geekbench 6.7.1. The listing shows Android 17, around 11GB of usable RAM and a MediaTek MT6893 processor, with a 2+3+3 CPU configuration that aligns with the Dimensity 9600 Pro. The chip’s GPU is listed as Mali-G1-Ultra MC12. The RAM could be marketed as 12GB.
