Two major sale events are arriving back to back this week, and Samsung has some of the more compelling deals across both platforms. Amazon’s Great Summer Sale starts first followed by Flipkart’s Sasa Lele Sale. Across both sales, Samsung is offering discounts on phones ranging from the Galaxy F06 at the budget end all the way up to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Some of these are the lowest prices these phones have ever been available at since launch.
Upcoming Flipkart and Amazon sales
| Sale | Start date | Early access |
| Amazon Great Summer Sale | May 8th | May 7th for Prime members |
| Flipkart Sasa Lele Sale | May 9th | May 8th for Plus and Black subscribers |
Featured flagship and premium deals
| Model | Launch price | Sale price | Savings |
| Galaxy S25 Ultra | Rs 1,29,999 | Rs 94,999 | Rs 35,000 |
| Galaxy S25 Edge | Rs 1,09,999 | Rs 69,999 | Rs 40,000 |
| Galaxy S25+ | Rs 99,999 | Rs 79,999 | Rs 20,000 |
| Galaxy S25 | Rs 80,999 | Rs 56,999 | Rs 24,000 |
| Galaxy S25 FE | Rs 59,999 | Rs 44,999 | Rs 15,000 |
The Galaxy S25 Edge at Rs.69,999 is the headline deal here. This is the lowest price the company’s ultra-slim phone has been available at since its launch, and for a phone that launched at Rs. 1,09,999, a Rs 40,000 reduction is significant. The S25 Edge was built around an ultra-thin design with flagship-grade internals, and getting it at this price puts it in genuinely interesting territory against the standard S25+, which costs Rs 10,000 more in this sale.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra at Rs 94,999 goes below the Rs 1 lakh mark for the first time, which is a psychological milestone. The S25 Ultra’s quad camera system with a 200MP primary, 5x periscope telephoto, built-in S Pen, Snapdragon 8 Elite, and seven years of software support is a package that justifies serious consideration at this price, particularly when the newer S26 Ultra starts at Rs 1,39,999. The gap between the two generations simply does not reflect a Rs 45,000 difference in everyday experience for most users.
The Galaxy S25 at Rs 56,999 and S25 FE at Rs.44,999 are both worth paying attention to in their respective brackets. The S25 FE in particular, at nearly Rs 15,000 below its launch price, becomes a strong contender against the OnePlus Nord 6 and Nothing Phone 4a Pro at similar price points, with Samsung’s longer software support track record as an additional advantage.
Mid-range and budget deals
| Model | Launch price | Current price post hike | Sale price |
| Galaxy M56 | Rs 27,499 | Rs 27,499 | Rs 21,999 |
| Galaxy M36 / F36 | Rs 16,499 | Rs 21,999 | Rs 16,999 |
| Galaxy M17 | Rs 12,499 | Rs 16,999 | Rs 13,999 |
| Galaxy F70e | Rs 12,499 | Rs 15,499 | Rs 12,499 |
| Galaxy F06 | Rs 9,499 | Rs 12,499 | Rs 10,499 |
Interestingly, Samsung hiked prices on several budget and mid-range phones effective May 1st, so some of these sale prices are not actually discounts from launch; they are temporary relief from the post-hike prices. The M36 and F36 at Rs 16,999 are good examples. Both launched at Rs 16,499, rose to Rs 21,999 after the hike this week, and the sale brings them back to near-launch pricing. The Galaxy M56 at Rs 21,999, down from its Rs 27,499 launch price, is a more straightforward deal and worth a look in the Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 bracket against Realme and Redmi competition.

The Galaxy F06 at Rs 10,499 is an entry-level 5G phone at a price that was hard to find even before the recent industry-wide budget hikes. If a basic, reliable 5G phone is all you need, this is one of the more accessible options available right now.
Additional savings
Both sales typically come with bank offers, exchange deals, and no-cost EMI options that can bring effective prices down further. The S25 Ultra, for instance, has been available with additional bank cashback in previous sale events. It’s worth checking the specific offer stacks on both Amazon and Flipkart at the time of purchase before deciding which platform to buy from as the final price after bank offers may differ between the two.
If any of these phones were already on your radar, this week is the right time to act. The S25 Edge at its lowest ever price and the S25 Ultra under Rs 1 lakh are the two deals that stand out most. Both are available only until the sales end, and with prices across the industry trending upward, waiting for a better opportunity may mean waiting a long time.
