Honor Band 6 sports a large 1.43-inch AMOLED screen with 194 x 368 pixels resolution, 283 PPI, 2.5D curved protected glass. It has a physical button on the side that can be used for navigation. The fitness tracker measures 43×25.4×10.45mm, and weighs just 18 grams. It can track 10 activities including running (indoor and outdoor), walking, cycling, free training, a rowing machine, and an elliptical machine. It packs a 6-axis IMU sensor including an accelerometer and a gyroscope. There is an optical heart-rate sensor, blood oxygen monitor sensor, and TruSeen 4.0 heart-rate monitoring, TruSleep 2.0 sleep tracking, and TruRelax stress tracking. It can auto-detect workouts as well.
The Honor Band 6 connects via Bluetooth 5.0 and also supports NFC. It packs a 180mAh battery that is claimed to last up to 14 days on a single charge. It supports fast charging as well and multiple watch faces.
