iQOO Z11i teased in China; affordable 5G smartphone launch imminent
iQOO is adding a new smartphone to its popular Z11 lineup in China. The iQOO Z11i is being positioned as an affordable 5G smartphone sitting below the existing Z11, Z11x, and Z11 Turbo models. While the company has yet to announce an official launch date, the device has already gone up for pre-orders through iQOO’s online store and major Chinese retailers.
It is also speculated that the Z11i will essentially be a rebranded version of the recently launched Vivo Y60, a move that wouldn’t be unusual given Vivo and iQOO’s history of sharing hardware across select models.

Ahead of its debut, iQOO has revealed the phone’s design and color options, which include Green Peak, Desert Gold, and Ink Shadow. The design is closely similar to the Vivo Y60, further adding to the speculation that it is indeed a rebrand.

The iQOO Z11i looks set to target first-time 5G buyers and users prioritising battery endurance over camera performance or display sharpness. Those seeking stronger cameras or faster charging may want to look at higher-tier options, but the Z11i could prove attractive as a dependable budget daily driver. It would still make sense to wait for more details before going ahead and pre-ordering the phone.
