The latest teaser images confirm the iQOO Z9 will come with a 5000mAh battery, which is claimed to offer 5.9 hours of gaming time and 17 hours of video watching.

The phone will also have an AMOLED display with 1800nits peak brightness, which is claimed to be the highest on a phone under Rs 20,000.
This suggests the iQOO Z9 will cost around Rs 20,000 in India.

According to Mukul, the iQOO Z9 5G will cost Rs 19,999 for the 8GB/128GB model and Rs 21,999 for the 8GB/256GB version. This falls in line with the company’s teaser.

Additionally, there will be a flat Rs 2,000 discount through the ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank cards and 3 months of no-cost EMI. The handset will be on sale via Amazon and the Prime early sale will start on March 13th at 12-PM IST and the open sale will begin on March 14th at 12 noon IST.

Display: The iQOO Z9 is tipped to flaunt a 6.6-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1,800 nits peak brightness, and 300Hz touch sampling rate.
Processor: The handset will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 processor.
Battery: The handset is confirmed to feature a 5,000mAh battery but the fast charging details are under wraps.
OS: Android 14-based Funtouch OS custom skin out of the box.
Cameras: The iQOO Z9 will have a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 2MP macro sensor. There could be a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.
