Lava Yuva 5G India launch has been officially announced. The Indian smartphone brand has started teasing the new 5G handset with a short video teaser. It’s worth mentioning that this will be the first 5G smartphone in the Lava Yuva series. This is also Lava’s budget range so the Yuva 5G might be priced under Rs 10,000 in India. Lava Yuva 5G India launch

  • Lava shared a short video teaser on X announcing the launch of the Yuva 5G smartphone. It hasn’t revealed the launch date yet. From the teaser, we can get a glimpse of the phone’s design.
  • It has a circular camera module at the back housing a 50MP sensor. The camera module also has AI branded on it so you can expect some AI-based features for photos and videos.
  • The Lava Yuva 5G smartphone is also seen with flat edges much like the Yuva 3. It also looks like the phone will come in a dark green colour. Lava will most likely launch the handset in more colour options.

Lava is yet to reveal more details about the Yuva 5G but its specifications might have been revealed through a Geekbench listing. A Lava smartphone with the model number LXX513 was spotted on Geekbench, and it’s believed to be the Yuva 5G.

According to the Geekbench listing, the Yuva 5G could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 or a Dimensity 6080 processor. It’s a 5G chipset with a maximum clock speed of 2.40 GHz aided by Mali G57 GPU. The smartphone is also expected to house a 16MP front camera. Going by the chipset, the phone could be priced in the Rs 15,000 segment.

Since Lava has started teasing the Yuva 5G phone, it’s expected to share more details soon. This smartphone is also expected to be one of the cheapest 5G smartphones in India. But more on that once the phone’s official.
