LG Signature OLED T is touted as the world’s first wireless transparent TV. It was launched at CES 2024. It incorporates LG’s transparent display technology which it has been teasing for a while. LG Signature OLED T: details we know

LG Signature OLED T TV is a 77-inch 4K OLED panel that can be toggled between transparent and regular TV modes. There is a contrast film behind the transparent panel. You control the contrast of that film to achieve both modes. You can also set the TV to always show digital art, images, and videos thanks to the AOD feature.

The video projected on the screen and the audio come from the already-mentioned Zero Connect Box. This box with built-in speakers, can be kept about 30 feet away from the TV as long as it is in line of sight with the TV.

Rest, the TV presents custom widgets towards the bottom of the TV. There is also an info-ticker at the bottom that shows weather, news alerts, etc.

All of this is powered by an α11 processor with 4x AI performance, a 70 percent graphical performance, and a 30 percent faster processing speed.

LG Gram Pro lineup 2024

LG brought the Gram series of laptops to CES 2024 also. The Gram Pro, in particular, has the following specs:

  • Display: It comes with a 16-inch or 17-inch IPS LCD screen with 144Hz refresh rate, WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution and anti-glare properties.
  • CPU: It is powered by an Intel Core Ultra7 155H processor with a built-in NPU.
  • GPU: The graphical performance is managed by 4GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 mobile graphics.
  • Memory: The internals also consist of 16GB (with 16-inch) or 32GB (with 17-inch model) LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD storage. You get a PCIE4 x4 expansion slot too.
  • IO: The connectivity options include 2 USB 4 Gen 3 (Type-C, USB PD, Thunderbolt 4 supported), a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (Type-A), a HDMI and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The wireless options include Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
  • Miscellaneous: LG Gram Link app for sharing files between Windows, iOS, and Android, FHD IR webcam, 90WHr battery, Dolby Atmos-backed stereo speakers, Windows 11 Home, backlit keyboard, and dual mics.
