Moto Buds, Moto Buds+ India launch date

Via a micro-site, Motorola has confirmed that the Moto Buds and Moto Buds+ are launching in India on May 9th at 12 PM. Earlier, the smartphone brand shared a couple of teasers of the earbuds without confirming the name of it.

Via X (formerly Twitter), Motorola has shared a couple of teasers of the earbuds without confirming the name of it. 

In the initial teaser, the company shared a post with the tagline “Sound of perfection” and mentioned that they are coming soon. However, in the second teaser, the company teased a charging case of earbuds, which will likely come in light blue, dark blue, red, and yellow colour options. It also showed that the earbuds might feature a splash or water resistance rating.

Moto Buds, Moto Buds+ price, features

The Moto Buds were launched for EUR 59 (around Rs 5,200) in Starlight Blue, Coral Peach, Glacier Blue, and Kiwi Green colours. On the other hand, the Moto Buds+ was launched at EUR 149 (approx Rs 13,300) in Forest Grey and Beach Sand colours.

The Moto Buds offer up to 50dB of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Meanwhile, the Moto Buds+ has up to 46dB ANC. They feature three – Transparency, Adaptive, and Noise Cancellation – preset noise cancellation modes, Hi-Res Audio certification and triple mic systems with integrated ENC support.

The Moto Buds has 12.4mm dynamic drivers, whereas the Buds+ feature dual 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters. Both the newly announced earbuds offer Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity and are compatible with the Moto Buds app.

The Moto Buds likely offer up to 9 hours of playtime, while the Buds+ are claimed to offer a total of up to 38 hours of playtime on a single charge. Additionally, the Buds+ offers the Dolby Head Tracking feature that adjusts audio based on your head movements.
