Reliance’s Jio phone segment is quite popular among the feature and ultra-affordable segments. The company recently expanded the lineup with the country’s Bharat V2 and Jio Bharat B1. Now, it looks like the company is working on another model. While the marketing name is unclear, the Jio phone has been spotted on the BIS certification with the model number JBB121B1.
New Jio phone in the works?

Jio Bharat features
Jio Bharat feature phone launched at Rs 999 and comes in two colour options: Red and Blue colours. The handset features a 2.4-inch TFT display and a keypad below the screen. There is a VGA camera on the back and a 2,000mAh battery. The Jio Bharat feature phone comes with JioSaavn and JioCinema apps and there is also support for a QR-scanner-based UPI payment feature, which should enable digital payments. Jio Bharat feature phone comes equipped with torchlight, FM Radio, and Bluetooth connectivity.
With the Jio Bharat series, the company intends to empower 250 million feature phone users with internet connectivity. Jio wants to expand the Jio Bharat platform to other platforms and to that extent, it launched the Karbonn Jio Bharat in the country. There could be many other models in the days to come.
