New Realme phone spotted on Geekbench
- The Geekbench listing shows the Realme RMX3851 will come with Android 14 and 14.94GB of RAM.
- The chipset is codenamed ‘pineapple’ which is known to be associated with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. And this chipset is believed to be the new Snapdragon 8 Gen series SoC that was tipped recently. Its official moniker isn’t known yet but it could be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Lite or 8s Gen 3 SoC
- The chipset is paired with the Adreno 735 GPU, and a maximum clock speed of 3.01 GHz. It’s also tipped to have scored around 1.7 million on AnTuTu.
- On Geekbench, the Realme smartphone with the Snapdragon SM8635 chipset has 1512 points in the single-core test, and 3799 in the multi-core test.
Realme RMX3851 was also already certified on Russia’s EEC certification website suggesting that the device’s availability in European countries as well. We should start hearing more about this mystery Realme phone, and the new Snapdragon chipset soon.
Realme has been keeping busy with new launches, and it’s currently working on debuting a new device altogether. It’s the Realme 12+ that’s debuting in Malaysia on February 29th, and tipped to arrive in India on March 6th. This will be a more affordable version of the Realme 12 Pro series.
