Nothing Phone 4b: confirmed specifications
Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 4b will use a Snapdragon chipset, and the Geekbench listing found by us point to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 paired with 8GB RAM and Android 16. The benchmarked unit also carried model number A009P, which gives us a first good look at the phone’s hardware direction.

The Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 already powers phones such as the OPPO K13 5G (review) and Realme P3 5G, so the Phone 4b looks set to compete in the upper mid-range segment. Nothing has also teased the device with its signature transparent-inspired design, and official sketches suggest a dual rear camera layout instead of the single-camera setup that early leaks hinted at.
Nothing Phone 4b specifications (rumoured)
The Nothing Phone 4b is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. It is also expected to run Android 16 out of the box and use the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, which should give it enough power for everyday use, gaming and light AI features.
Camera leaks point to a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 16MP selfie camera. Other rumoured hardware includes stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, IP64 dust and splash resistance, and a 6,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging for the Indian version, though the global model is said to use a slightly smaller battery.
Nothing Phone 4b launch date, expected pricing
Nothing has not confirmed the official India price yet, but leaks suggest the Phone 4b could cost above Rs 30,000. That would place it in the upper mid-range segment, where it will likely compete with phones from the OnePlus Nord CE series, Motorola Edge lineup and Redmi Note 15 Pro. The Phone 4b is also tipped to come in up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variants.
The standard model is expected to come in black, blue and white colour options, while the RCB Edition will stand apart with a matte red finish and RCB branding. Nothing has confirmed that the special edition will launch alongside the standard variants, but it will be sold in very limited numbers.

Nothing has confirmed that the Phone 4b will launch in India and globally on 7 July 2026 at 3:30 pm IST. The standard model will be available through Nothing’s usual channels, while the RCB Edition will go on sale only at the Nothing Bengaluru Store on the same day, with doors opening at 4:00 pm IST. The special edition will not get a wider retail release, and Nothing has not announced any online availability for it.
Should you buy the Nothing Phone 4b?
The Nothing Phone 4b works on all the same principles that other Nothing phones do. It seems to be a good choice if you want a phone with a distinct design, clean software and good battery life, but going by the specifications, it may not be the best option if raw performance or fastest charging are important to you. Its appeal will depend heavily on final pricing, since leaks point to an above-Rs 30,000 launch, which has become the new mid-range this year.
Buy it if you like Nothing’s transparent design, Glyph Interface and long software support, and you want a phone that stands apart from the usual mid-range crowd. If you want the best value-for-money hardware, rivals like the OnePlus Nord CE 6 (review), Motorola Edge 70 Fusion (review) may offer faster storage, quicker charging and performance in the same price band.
The RCB Edition is mainly for collectors and fans, not for buyers focused on value. For everyone else, the standard Phone 4b should make more sense, but it is still worth waiting for reviews before deciding.
