OPPO A7 Pro Max is now available globally after its debut in China last month. The smartphone stands out for its massive 10,000mAh battery, making it a first for OPPO. OPPO has launched the A7 Pro Max in Austria, Malaysia, and Thailand. It’s expected to debut in India as well, but under a different moniker, possibly the F35 Pro.

Pricing depends on the region, so it’s different for each market. But for context, the OPPO A7 Pro Max is priced at €599 (Rs 65,948 approx) in Austria, MYR 2,299 (Rs 54,098 approx) in Malaysia, and THB 19,999 (Rs 57,633 approx) in Thailand.
The smartphone comes in two colours: Surfing Blue and Lunar Black.

OPPO A7 Pro Max’s highlight is its massive 10,000mAh battery. The mid-range segment is known for offering the biggest battery phones from brands like Realme, POCO, and OnePlus. OPPO has now joined the trend with the A7 Pro Max by making the device available globally. It will now compete with phones like the Realme P4 Power, which also has a 10,001mAh battery.
With a 10,000mAh battery, the OPPO A7 Pro Max will be able to provide multi-day usage, making it ideal for power users and gamers. Regular usage would result in longer endurance, which can be very helpful in unexpected situations.
The smartphone comes with 80W wired charging support and 27W reverse wired charging, which means that you can use it as a power bank to charge other devices.
Up front, the OPPO A7 Pro Max features a 6.78-inch FHD+ (2,772 × 1,272) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,800 nits of peak brightness. Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. This chipset is designed for budget phones, so performance should be okay for everyday usage.
The handset houses a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 2MP mono camera at the back. For selfies, you get a 50MP selfie camera. The camera setup is quite basic, but it has a strong front camera, which should result in good selfies for social media.
