OPPO is aiming for enhanced image quality and stylised experiences with the HyperTone camera system. This image pipeline includes the camera optics (hardware) computational photography engine (software), and the display which shows this HyperTone aesthetics (again hardware). OPPO calls the latter HyperTone ProXDR Display.
The Hasselblad partnership also means unique filters and photography modes. One of these will be Hasselblad Portrait Mode with more accurate skin tones. OPPO says the camera app would avoid brightening and smoothening the face too much.
Another goodie waiting for you in the camera app would be Bokeh Flare Portrait for an optical out-of-focus effect.
Cameras: On the back, there could be a 50MP LYT-900 primary sensor, a 50MP LYT-700 ultrawide shooter, and a 50MP LYT-700 periscope telephoto lens. On the front, you could get a 32MP selfie camera.
SoC and OS: The processing part could be taken care of by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset on the vanilla model and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 on the Pro model. On top of this, there could be Android 14-based ColorOS software.
Display: OPPO Find X7 Pro could come with a 2K display.
