Realme P4s: features, specifications
The Realme P4 5G takes a fairly straightforward approach to its hardware, with the display, battery and gaming features getting most of the attention. It gets a 6.8-inch 1.5K Samsung M14 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. realme claims up to 1,400 nits of HBM brightness, with peak brightness reaching 6,500 nits in specific scenarios. On paper, this should make the display one of the more appealing parts of the phone, particularly for watching content and gaming.
The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra, paired with a dedicated Hyper Vision+ AI chip. The latter handles some of the visual processing, including AI frame interpolation, frame stabilisation and image reconstruction, while the main chipset takes care of the core performance. You get up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, alongside a 7,000mm² AirFlow VC cooling system to help manage heat during longer gaming sessions.

The 8,000mAh battery is considerably large and what we’ve come to expect on phones in this segment and should give the P4s plenty of endurance for regular use, gaming and travel. It supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, along with bypass charging and reverse charging. The bypass charging feature should also be useful for gamers, as it can power the phone more directly during demanding workloads and reduce the amount of heat generated by charging the battery at the same time.
On the camera front, the P4s gets a 50MP primary camera with an 8MP ultrawide lens, along with a 16MP front camera. It includes several AI-based tools, including AI Snap Mode, AI Perfect Shot and AI Edit Genie 2.0, which help simplify photography and editing.
