Additionally, the user manual for both the Galaxy F14 4G and M14 4G has emerged online, providing insights into their designs. The Google Play Console listing hints that these 4G devices might be rebranded versions of the Galaxy A05s.

It is worth noting that there is a change in the marketing name for the Samsung Galaxy A05s to Galaxy F14 4G on the Google Play Console. It indicates a rebranding and suggests that both the Galaxy F14 4G and potentially the Galaxy M14 4G might be rebranded versions of the Galaxy A05s, which has already been launched in India in 2023.
The details hint that the Galaxy F14 4G will sport a full HD+ display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with the Adreno 610 GPU, and will run on Android 13. As per a report by MSP, the Samsung Galaxy M14 4G is identified by the model number SM-M145F/DS, while the Samsung Galaxy F14 4G is designated with the model number SM-E145F/DS. The phones have an identical set of specs, and are reportedly designed for different regions.
