It is worth noting that there is a change in the marketing name for the Samsung Galaxy A05s to Galaxy F14 4G on the Google Play Console. It indicates a rebranding and suggests that both the Galaxy F14 4G and potentially the Galaxy M14 4G might be rebranded versions of the Galaxy A05s, which has already been launched in India in 2023.

The details hint that the Galaxy F14 4G will sport a full HD+ display, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with the Adreno 610 GPU, and will run on Android 13. As per a report by MSP, the Samsung Galaxy M14 4G is identified by the model number SM-M145F/DS, while the Samsung Galaxy F14 4G is designated with the model number SM-E145F/DS. The phones have an identical set of specs, and are reportedly designed for different regions.

• The Galaxy M14 4G and F14 4G will share a common design language seen in many Samsung smartphones from 2023.
• Both will feature a triple rear camera setup placed individually in the top-left corner of the back.
• The front design will include minimal side bezels, a slightly thicker bottom, and a waterdrop notch at the top.

• Physical features consist of a fingerprint-sensor-enabled power button and volume rockers on the right side, while the left side houses the SIM tray.
• At the bottom, there will be a single firing speaker, headphone jack, and USB Type-C port.
• Despite being budget-friendly, both the M14 4G and F14 4G will support NFC.
