Vivo V70 FE launched globally with 200MP camera, 7,000mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset
The Vivo V70 FE has been introduced in Indonesia with a 200MP main camera, a 7,000mAh battery and the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset. The launch also brings ‘FE’ branding to the V-series for the first time, adding a third model alongside the standard and Elite versions.
The phone runs on the 4nm Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor and is offered with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The same chip previously appeared in the Vivo V60e, which launched in India in October 2025 starting at Rs 29,999. The phone sat in Vivo’s upper mid-range tier, suggesting the V70 FE’s performance positioning is closer to that segment rather than the Snapdragon-powered V70 and V70 Elite models released earlier this year.

On the front, the V70 FE features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The 10-bit panel supports HDR10+ playback and can reach a peak brightness of 1,900 nits. An in-display optical fingerprint scanner is also integrated into the screen.
For photography, the phone uses a 200MP main sensor with optical image stabilisation and an f/1.88 aperture, paired with an 8MP ultrawide camera. A 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Vivo has also included its Aura Light ring flash, which the company uses to improve portrait lighting.
Battery capacity is one of the bigger features. The V70 FE packs a 7,000mAh battery with support for 90W wired charging. The earlier Vivo V60e offered a 6,500mAh battery with the same charging speed, while the recently launched Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite also ship with 6,500mAh cells. The FE model pushes battery capacity further within the series.
The phone also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, dual-SIM support and an IR blaster. It runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, and Vivo says the device will receive up to six years of security updates, though it has not detailed the Android upgrade timeline.
In Indonesia, the V70 FE starts at IDR 6,499,000 (around Rs 35,000) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 256GB model costs IDR 7,199,000 (around Rs 39,000), while the 8GB + 512GB version is priced at IDR 7,399,000 (around Rs 40,000). Colour options include Muse Purple, Ocean Blue and Titanium Silver.
The launch expands the Vivo V70 series, which debuted in India in February starting at Rs 45,999 for the base model and going up to Rs 61,999 for the Vivo V70 Elite. Those phones focus more on Zeiss-branded optics and Snapdragon processors, along with a 6,500mAh battery and 90W charging. The V70 FE drops the ZEISS branding and Snapdragon chips used in the other V70 models but introduces a larger battery and a higher-resolution 200MP sensor. That makes it a more endurance-oriented option within the lineup.
If the device expands to markets like India, it would compete with phones such as the Redmi Note 15 Pro series and Realme 16 Pro series, where brands use bigger batteries and brighter displays to stand out in the upper mid-range segment. The Vivo V70 FE may appeal to those who value battery life and camera resolution more than raw performance. Its 7,000mAh battery is larger than the 6,500mAh units used in the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite, but the Dimensity 7360-Turbo suggests it sits closer to upper mid-range performance levels. Buyers who prioritise gaming power may still lean toward Snapdragon-based alternatives in the same price range.
