Samsung launches 2026 Bespoke AI appliances in India with Gemini-powered fridge, new ACs
Samsung has launched its 2026 Bespoke AI appliance lineup in India, expanding its connected home ecosystem across refrigerators, air conditioners, laundry and other appliances. The new range brings AI-powered features, SmartThings connectivity and Samsung Knox security, with the company focusing on personalised controls, energy management and home automation.
The lineup includes the Family Hub Refrigerator with AI Vision built with Google Gemini, Bespoke AI WindFree Pro AC and a new Infinite 1-Way Cassette AC with WindFree. Samsung says the appliances are designed to work together through SmartThings and adapt to household routines.
New Samsung appliances bring AI to the kitchen and AC
The 32-inch Family Hub refrigerator uses AI Vision and AI Food Manager to recognise food items, suggest recipes and track use-by dates. Its new contextual features include Video-to-Recipe, while Family Care and Pet Care add household-focused functions. The refrigerator also gets an AI Home screen that acts as a central interface for controlling appliances, viewing information and accessing entertainment.
The Bespoke AI WindFree Pro AC adds AI-powered controls and PM1.0 purification, along with SmartThings and Home Appliance Remote Management (HRM) support. Its AI Energy Mode is designed to reduce power consumption, while a Wearable Good Sleep feature can use data from Galaxy wearables to adjust cooling based on sleep patterns.
The Infinite 1-Way Cassette AC is designed specifically for Indian homes. It uses 23,000 micro-holes for draft-free cooling and claims up to 30 percent lower energy use with AI Energy Mode. It is available in 3.5kW, 5.2kW and 7.1kW capacities.
Samsung is also upgrading Bixby with Voice ID, allowing the assistant to recognise individual users and personalise responses. SmartThings can connect compatible appliances and provide features such as Family Care alerts and pet activity tracking.
The Infinite 1-Way Cassette AC starts at Rs 1,60,000, while the Family Hub refrigerator is priced at Rs 4,00,690. The Bespoke AI WindFree Pro AC costs Rs 69,990. Samsung says the new appliances will receive seven years of software updates through SmartThings. For buyers, the higher prices of the connected appliances make sense primarily for households already using Samsung’s ecosystem, where features such as SmartThings controls, automated routines and cross-device monitoring can be used together.
