TRIVIA AND POPULAR DIALOGUES

Trivia

Jebba the chimp bit Casper Van Dien on the Chin during a photo shoot. Van Dien had to get tetanus shot but was apparently okay.

This was the first Tarzan movie shot entirely in Africa.

The baby elephant charged Casper Van Dien and Jane March and lifted Van Dien with his tusks.

The film was edited to remove some of the violence so that more children could see it.

At first, it was in mind that the film was set in the present time instead of the time. They changed their minds after the success of the film George of the Jungle (1997) and did not want them to compare it in the same way. So the best thing was to get it done in 1916.
