Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lopez and Brooklyn Decker are the only actresses cast as pregnant women who have children in real life; Lopez gave birth to twins, Decker gave birth to a son and Banks has two sons via a surrogate. Cameron Diaz gave birth via surrogate in December 2019 and Anna Kendrick has never had children.
