Here’s why you don’t need a driving licence for driving these electric scooters

Under the new Central Motor Vehicle (Eighteenth) Amendment, the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highway has modified the ‘Category L1’ allowing for those in the age group of 16-18 to drive e-scooters with a 250-watt motor with a top speed of not more than 25 km per hour.
