OnePlus 13 display, chipset details tipped

  • Without taking the phone’s name, tipster Digital Chat Station (via Weibo) mentioned that the OnePlus 13 will boast a 6.8-inch OLED LTPO micro-curved display and support a 2K resolution.
  • The tipster also stated that it will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, which will be unveiled this year. It is worth mentioning that it corroborates with a recent report.
  • Furthermore, the upcoming smartphone is also tipped to feature a multi-focal camera system, including a periscope telephoto camera like the OnePlus 12 for better optical zoom.
On the other hand, recent reports mentioned that the upcoming OnePlus 13 might be the first phone to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, but there are conflicting pieces that say it could be the Xiaomi 15 series too. Additionally, the OnePlus 13 might come with on-device AI capabilities, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and a 50MP primary camera, among others.

OnePlus 13 design

  • A recently leaked render, which is anticipated to be of the OnePlus 13, hints that the rear panel of the phone might see a significant change in terms of design.
  • The image showed that instead of a circular camera setup, the OnePlus 13 might feature vertically aligned rear cameras, which are seen to be positioned in the top-left corner of the phone.
  • Out of the three sensors, the middle camera has a slightly wider circle around it compared to the other two sensors. On the other hand, the Hasselblad branding is noticeable on the camera module.
