Vivo V23 series is scheduled to launch in India on January 5th and is expected to include the standard Vivo V23 and V23 Pro that’ll have dual-selfie snappers. Now, 91mobiles has exclusively learned from industry sources that there will be a third model for India, dubbed the Vivo V23e. Sources have also revealed the launch timeline and the price range it will be placed in. The handset originally debuted in Thailand back in November as a budget 5G offering from the brand. It shouldn’t be long before Vivo makes an official confirmation about the Vivo V23e and tease its features.
Vivo V23e launch date and price
Vivo V23e will launch in India in February, a month after the Vivo V23 and V23 Pro. The handset will be priced between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000. This leak comes just hours after the V23 series price and specifications have surfaced online.
Vivo V23e 5G specifications
Vivo V23e sports a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate, 2400 X 1080 pixels resolution, and a waterdrop notch to house the selfie camera. It runs Android 11 based Funtouch OS 12 custom skin out of the box. The phone packs 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.
The phone comes with a triple camera setup on the back, with a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP wide-angle sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP sensor with f/2.4 aperture. It packs a 44MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats and a 4,050mAh battery that supports 44W fast-charging.
The Vivo V23e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for games. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The phone measures 172 grams.
