Honor 200 series gets a launch date
- Honor 200 series is set to launch in China on May 27th and the brand doesn’t seem to be taking too much for the global announcement.
- The new 4-layer AI architecture includes (via) a base layer which is cross-device and cross-OS AI. This will stand as a foundation of an open ecosystem.
- Then we have the platform-level AI layer with intent-based human-computer interaction.
- Honor says the third layer is an app-level AI for generative AI applications. This is claimed to improve user experiences.
- Lastly, on the top, there is an interface to Cloud AI services. These are claimed to offer users easy access to a range of cloud services.
One of the AI use cases, which will be introduced with the Honor 200 is the AI Portrait photography, developed in co-operation with Harcourt Studio. This French photography studio is known for “taking portraits of celebrities in different periods of their lives.”
