Step 1: Go ahead and open the Messages app on your mobile phone
Step 2: Now create a new message with ‘121‘ as the recipient
Step 3: In the text field, type in “EPREBILL<space>MONTH<space>EMAIL ID” and tap ‘Send‘. For instance, the message will look something like this – EPREBILL MAY gamerboy145@gmail.com

Airtel postpaid subscribers can access and view their call history via the Airtel Thanks app by following a few steps. Unfortunately, such a facility is not available for prepaid users.
Step 1: First download the Airtel Thanks app from Play Store and App Store and log in with your registered mobile number, if haven’t already
Step 2: After opening the app select the ‘Manage‘ option
Step 3: Now at the top of this section, you will see the details of your postpaid number. Select it

Call history for your prepaid and postpaid Airtel number can also be accessed using the official website. Here’s how.
Step 1: On your laptop, open a browser and go to Airtel’s website
Step 2: Now select the ‘Account‘ option present at the top right corner and tap ‘Login‘
Step 3: Enter your Airtel mobile number you wish to see the call history of and hit ‘Send OTP‘
