The Nokia C12 Plus entry-level Android smartphone has gone live on Nokia India’s official website. The device will join the Nokia C12 Pro that was launched sometime back in the country. The Nokia C12 Plus smartphone gets Unisoc octa-core CPU, 6.3-inch HD+ screen, an 8MP rear camera, a 3.5mm headphone jack and runs on Android 12 (Go Edition) out of the box.
Nokia C12 Plus price in India
The Nokia C12 Plus will be getting a single RAM and storage variant and will be made available in three colour options. The Nokia C12 Plus will be available in a 2GB RAM and 32GB storage configuration. The entry-level Android smartphone will be available in Charcoal, Dark Cyan and Light Mint colour options. The device bears a price tag of Rs 7,999. The device is yet to go on sale in India, and will be updated when the company announces.
Notably, the Nokia C12 Pro on the other hand commands a price tag of Rs 7,499 despite having an extra 1GB of RAM at 3GB.
Nokia C12 Plus specifications
The Nokia C12 Plus is aimed at budget-oriented smartphone buyers and is thus devoid of any fancy hardware. However, the Nokia C12 Plus delivers on the spec sheet when it comes to basic hardware. The Nokia C12 Plus features a Unisoc octa-core processor and is paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Nokia however keeps the avenue to expand the storage up to 256GB via a microSD card slot.
Upfront there is a 6.3-inch HD+ screen and features an 8MP main rear camera assisted by an LED flash. The front camera duties are handled by the 5MP front camera. The device packs in a larger 4,000mAh battery when compared to the Nokia C12 and the Nokia C12 Pro. There is no fast charging support.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.2, a micro-USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device runs on Android 12 (Go Edition) out of the box.
