OnePlus 12R launched in India earlier this year as the flagship alternative to the OnePlus 12. The smartphone comes with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, a 50MP primary camera, up to 16GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. OnePlus 12R launched at a starting price of Rs 39,999 but it’s currently available with a discount on Flipkart. Do note that this is a discount and not a permanent price cut.

OnePlus 12R discount on Flipkart

OnePlus 12R is priced at Rs 39,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. It’s currently available at Rs 36,747 after an 8 percent discount on Flipkart. There’s an extra discount of Rs 909 as cashback or coupon.
The 16GB + 256GB variant of the OnePlus 12R also gets a small discount of 4 percent bringing the price down to Rs 44,518 from Rs 45,999.
You can get an additional 10 percent off up to Rs 1,000 on HDFC Bank Credit Card EMI transactions.
The smartphone comes in two colour options of Cool Blue and Iron Grey.

Should you buy?

Now that we’ve listed out the OnePlus 12R discount, let’s see if it makes sense to get this deal. OnePlus 12R is a fairly new phone and you won’t get an upgrade until the end of the year or early 2025. Based on our review, the OnePlus 12R has an excellent display, smooth performance, and superb battery life. You also get 100W fast charging with the 12R. The camera performance turned out to be decent, and it’s the only department where the phone fails to justify its price. But otherwise, you’re getting a flagship-level smartphone with the OnePlus 12R.

Since the phone is only a few months old, it’s not going to get any major discount soon. So if you had the OnePlus 12R in mind then you can consider this deal. If you can wait then it would be advisable to try and get a better deal on the OnePlus 12R in the future.
