OnePlus Nord CE4 vs Nothing Phone (2a): design

OnePlus Nord CE4

OnePlus Nord CE4’s design has been slightly tweaked over the Nord CE 3. While the front remains largely similar with a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, flat edges and narrow bezels, it is the rear that has undergone some changes. Instead of two large circular rings, we now get a vertical pill-shaped camera module that includes two camera sensors and an LED flash.

The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge. The USB Type-C port, SIM tray section, primary microphone, and speaker vents are at the bottom. The top portion has what looks like a secondary microphone and an IR blaster.

Nothing Phone (2a)

Nothing Phone (2a), as we already know, builds on the same design language as the Phone (1) and Phone (2). On the front, it has the same centre-positioned punch-hole cutout, flat edges and narrow bezels. The rear section is where it differs from its predecessor. We see dual cameras arranged horizontally instead of vertically.

The Glyph interface is now tweaked keeping in mind the budget of the phone. Instead of the entire back panel, the LED lights are only present around the camera system. The volume and power buttons are on the right side of the frame, while the SIM tray and speaker vents are at the bottom.
