March was a busy month with tons of smartphone launches from various segments, and it doesn’t look like things are slowing down in April. The new month started with a bang with OnePlus launching the OnePlus Nord CE4 and Realme launching its budget 12x 5G. Motorola’s flagship Motorola Edge 50 Pro smartphone was also announced in India, while iQOO unveiled an Anniversary Edition of its flagship iQOO 12. There was a new Realme C-series phone as well.

OnePlus Nord CE4
- Display: OnePlus Nord CE4 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ (2412 × 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming technology.
- Processor: The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.
- RAM and storage: With the OnePlus Nord CE4, you get 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS3.1 storage along with 8GB of virtual RAM and expandable storage of up to 1TB.

- Software: On the software front, it runs OxygenOS 14.0 based on Android 14 out-of-the-box.
- Price: OnePlus Nord CE4 is priced at Rs 24,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The 8GB+256GB variant is priced at Rs 26,999.
- Colours: The phone comes in two colour options: Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble.
Realme 12x 5G
- Display: Realme 12x 5G has a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and 950 nits peak brightness.
- Processor: The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset paired with Mali-G57 GPU.
- RAM and storage: It comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
- Cameras: The smartphone houses a 50MP primary AI camera and a 2MP secondary camera. For selfies, there’s an 8MP front camera.
- Battery, charging: Realme 12x 5G also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology.
- Software: It runs Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14.
- Price: Realme 12x 5G is priced at Rs 11,999 for the base model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. It comes in two more variants of 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB priced at Rs 13,499, and Rs 14,999, respectively.
- Colours: You can get the phone in two colour options: Twilight Purple and Woodland Green.
Motorola Edge 50 Pro
- Display: Motorola Edge 50 Pro boasts a 6.7-inch 1.5K pOLED curved display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 2,000 nits of peak brightness.
- Processor: The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.
- RAM and storage: It comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
- Cameras: The new Motorola phone features a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultra-wide camera that offers macro and depth as well.
- Battery, charging: It also packs a 4,500mAh battery with 125W TurboPower charging technology and 50W wireless charging.
- Software: The Motorola Edge 50 Pro runs Android 14 out-of-the-box with Hello UI layered on top.
- Price: Motorola Edge 50 Pro is priced at Rs 31,999 for the base model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage (68W charger). It comes in another variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage(125W charger), which carries a price tag of Rs 35,999.
- Colours: You can get the smartphone in Black Beauty, Luxe Lavender, and Moonlight Pearl colour options.
iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition
- Display: The iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition has a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with HDR10+, a 144Hz variable refresh rate, 3000 nits peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM dimming technology.
- Processor: It’s powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. There’s a dedicated Q1 chipset to improve the gaming experience and frame rates.
- RAM and storage: The smartphone comes with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
- Software: It runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0 custom skin out of the box.
- Cameras: The iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition sports a 50MP Omnivision OV50H primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1 sensor, and a 64MP 3x telephoto camera. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies.
- Battery, charging: It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
- Price: The iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition is priced at Rs 52,999 for the 12GB + 256GB version and Rs 57,999 for the 16GB + 512GB version.
- Colours: This one comes in a ‘Desert Red’ colour but you can also get it in Legend and Alpha colours.
Realme C65
- Display: Realme C65 flaunts a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, up to 625nits brightness, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a 90Hz refresh rate.
- Processor: The smartphone is equipped with a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with Mali-G52 GPU for graphics.
- RAM and storage: The chipset is coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB storage, which is further expandable via a microSD card.
- Cameras: The Realme C65 features a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and 1080p video recording and a 2MP macro shooter. It also has an 8MP shooter on the front for selfies.
- Software: The phone runs on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin out of the box.
- RAM and storage: The Realme phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
- Price: Realme C65 is priced at VND 3,690,000 (around Rs 12,500) for the 6GB/128GB model and VND 4,790,000 (approx Rs 16,200)) for the 8GB/256GB version in Vietnam.
