- In this video, YouTuber PBKreviews disassembles a Moonlight Pearl variant of Edge 50 Pro.
- He starts by taking out the SIM tray, which has a rubber gasket for ingress protection.
- Then he uses a hairdryer to loosen up the adhesive and separate the plastic back cover.
- He points at 17 Phillips screws keeping everything beneath the back plate in place. Then he speeds through unscrewing them.
- He goes on to disconnect cables including the one connected to the battery.
- He also detaches the graphite film present over various components including the motherboard. This is meant for heat dissipation.
